We begin before implementation, preparing you and your staff to become proficient and knowledgeable users. Most training is conducted at your practice, where physicians and staff can use real patient data and your own computer system. After this initial pre-implementation training, we return as needed to help with major new tasks such as the first month's patient statements.

Follow-up and ongoing support.

DSI will continue to provide refresher courses and new employee training as needed, conducting sessions at your practice, in our offices, or via WebEx in effective, self-paced courses. Here are the typical elements of a complete education and training program:
